Stepping into ownership of Fort Management seems to be the natural progression of this entrepreneur’s story. Decades of business leadership (specializing in finance and logistics) combined with personal pursuits as a real estate investor, landlord and labourer have equipped Sean with broad skills perfectly suited for the property management industry.
Sean says, “Skills and knowledge are critical to getting the job done, but how we treat people along the way is just as important.” The echoes of life lessons from his parents and grandparents still ring in his ears: be honest, follow through on your word, show kindness, and use common sense. You could say that hard work and generous humanity are in his DNA. And those values are the legacy he and his ultra-supportive wife, Tammy, lean into at home and throughout the community.
